these terms cover your use of https://nowihavea.website, run by KAI BUSINESS HUB LTD (“we”, “us”), trading as nowihavea.website. by making an account you agree to them. last updated 7 june 2026.

what the service is

you describe the site you want in your own words; we generate content for it and let you pick a layout. with a free account you can save that site and claim a free address of the form username.nowihavea.website. the on-screen preview is an illustrative demo of how your site could look — single-owner and one-way (links, photos and short “drops”), never a social network.

your address is reserved, not yet live

claiming an address reserves it for you in our system and holds it for you. it does not yet serve a live public web page — live hosting is something we’re still building. we’ll let you know when it’s available. nothing here is a promise that a live site exists today.

your account

keep your login details to yourself and give us accurate information. you’re responsible for what happens under your account. an account is for one person or one organisation.

acceptable use

you agree not to use the service to:

break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights (including copyright or trademarks);
impersonate a person, business or brand you don’t represent;
post harmful, abusive, deceptive or grossly offensive content;
try to break, overload or probe the service, or get around its limits.

some addresses are reserved (for example system names and obvious impersonations). we may refuse, suspend or reclaim an address or account that breaches these terms — we’ll act reasonably and, where we can, tell you why.

our acceptable use policy sets this out in full, including what we may suspend a site for. found a site that breaks it? you can report it — no account needed.

your content

your content stays yours. you grant us a licence to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you (including sending your prompt to our ai provider to generate content). you confirm you have the right to use what you submit.

free plan, and what’s next

the current service is free — no payment and no card. we may introduce paid plans, custom domains and live hosting later; those will come with their own pricing and terms, and we won’t start charging you for something without your agreement.

availability

this is an early-stage service provided “as is” and “as available”. we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free while it’s in preview, and we may change or pause features as we build.

our responsibility

nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for loss of data or content you didn’t keep a copy of. ending it

you can delete your account at any time from your account page (right to erasure). we may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

governing law

these terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.

changes

we’ll update these terms as the service grows and change the “last updated” date above; significant changes will be highlighted where we can.
